New antenna

The short outage on the south side of the network this morning was due to the installation of a new antenna at Hilltop. The new antenna will help reduce latency and increase the speed with which the two meshboxes talk to each other. Once we move the hub next week a major bottleneck will be removed and all boxes will be able to cope with the increase in network traffic.

There will be a small outage between 9.30 and 10.30 on Thursday morning 5th Feb to test a new radio antenna on Hilltop. Sorry about this but it is the only way to make sure it is working properly.
