short outage for power cable replacement
There will be a short outage on the south side of the mesh for cable work at around 2pm Tues 7th Feb. It should only be for 20mins or so. Sorry for any inconvenience.

outage was 19 minutes, nobody was inconvenienced, well nobody complained at any rate...
